This Privacy Policy explains what information YeniPorno ("we", "the Site") collects, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. This Site is intended for adults only (18+). By using the Site you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

1. Who operates this site

2. What we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. The categories are:

a) Server logs (automatic)

When you visit the Site, our server and our hosting provider automatically record:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version (User-Agent)
  • Requested URL, referrer, timestamp
  • Response status and size

These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging. They are retained for 30 days and then deleted.

b) Essential cookies and session data

  • A CSRF token (security, required)
  • An anonymous session identifier used to associate your viewing behaviour with your device so we can offer recommendations (see below)
  • A language preference cookie (if you change language)

These do not contain your name, email, or any direct identifier.

c) Viewing and interaction data (analytics)

To improve recommendations and understand which videos are popular, we record:

  • Which videos are viewed
  • How long a video was watched and completion rate
  • Which tags are engaged with
  • Click-through on homepage and related videos

This data is linked to an anonymous device identifier, not to you personally. Because this Site hosts adult content, your viewing history may indirectly reveal information about your sexual preferences. Under GDPR Article 9 this is treated as a "special category" of personal data, which is why we process it only with your consent (via the cookie banner) and keep it for a limited period.

Analytics events are automatically deleted after 30 days.

d) DMCA / content removal requests

If you submit a form at /dmca, we store:

  • The name and email you provide
  • The video URL in question
  • The reason for the request
  • Internal notes and status

We keep these records as long as is necessary to document the request and comply with legal obligations, typically 5 years after resolution.

e) Admin access (not you)

Administrative sessions for the Site operator are logged for security. This does not affect regular visitors.

3. What we do NOT collect

  • We do not require registration or user accounts.
  • We do not ask for your name, email, or any personal detail to browse.
  • We do not sell data to third parties.
  • We do not use cross-site tracking pixels of our own.
  • We do not process payments and do not store any financial information.

4. Third parties

The following third parties may receive data when you use the Site:

a) Hosting provider: Hostinger

Handles server infrastructure and sees IP addresses in connection logs. Governed by their own privacy policy.

b) Cloudflare, Inc.

If we use Cloudflare as a CDN and security layer, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request metadata to deliver content and block abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

c) Advertising networks: Currently None

If you consent to marketing cookies, our advertising partners may set their own cookies and collect information (including IP address, device info, and browsing behaviour) to serve and measure advertisements. They act as independent controllers for the data they collect.

If you reject marketing cookies, advertising scripts are not loaded and these networks do not receive data from your visit.

5. International transfers

Our servers are located in Netherlands, inside the European Economic Area. Some third parties listed above (particularly advertising networks) may transfer data outside the EEA, for example to the United States. Where such transfers occur, they are conducted under the legal mechanisms provided by GDPR Chapter V (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).

6. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

  • Server logs and essential cookies: legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

7. Your rights

Under GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")

  • Analytics: anonymous device ID, viewing history. Requires consent.

9. Children

This Site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Site or submitted data, contact us immediately at contact@yeniporno.com and we will delete the data.

We use industry-standard measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed admin credentials, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and restricted access to server infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect an incident, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
